Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and items MUST be in a clean, unused  condition with all originals tags and barcodes included - so please try it on before removing tags!

Sale and clearance items can only be exchanged or store credit. Only full priced items can be returned for a refund.

We are not able to accept returns for customised items (eg. gripped decks,  custom-built  decks), or items that have been worn, washed, mistreated or misused!

All shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless product is faulty. 

If an exchanged item/s doesn't qualify for the $150 free shipping, shipping charges will be added for the exchanged item.

Orders cannot be changed prior to shipping.

EU Customers -

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order), without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by contacting us at info@ocdskateshop.com.au.

Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s). We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Cancellations: EU customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
